DR. VIRGINIA LACUESTA, RACO Coordinator

earned her Ph. D in Development Education, Cum Laude, from the University of Sto. Tomas, Manila in March 2008. Her teaching experience as English Language teacher for thirty years now has better preprared her for the new job assignment in CVCIRRD as RACO Coordinator. Aside from this new job assignment, she is currently the Income Generating Project (IGP) Program Director of Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) System, the PMA Focal Person of NORSU, and editor of the Research Journal of the University, PRISM.
